About Dr. Ja’Bette Lozupone (she/her),
Founder & Principal

Founder and Principal, Ja'Bette Lozupone

Ja’Bette Lozupone is a force of nature in leadership, resilience, and transformation. As the founder of Wishful Doing LLC, she helps individuals, teams, and organizations break through barriers, ignite their potential, and turn vision into reality.

From teen mom on government assistance to award-winning higher education leader, TEDx speaker, and sought-after strategist, Ja’Bette’s story proves that grit, grace, and unapologetic self-belief can change everything. Her journey is living proof that the most powerful thing we can do is own our magic and wield it for good.

Equal parts visionary and problem-solver, she has guided everyone from CEOs to college students with her signature blend of real talk, strategic thinking, and relentless optimism. Whether she’s delivering a keynote, leading a workshop, or coaching one-on-one, Ja’Bette has a gift for turning “impossible” into “done.”

Armed with a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, an MBA, and a BA in Communications, she pairs deep expertise with lived experience—making her impact both practical and profound. Her work has been recognized nationally, including being named a 40 Under 40 honoree by the American Association of Women in Community Colleges, a 2023 Emerging Scholar by Diverse: Issues in Higher Education, and leading Montgomery College to be named a FamilyU Exemplar Institution.

Ja’Bette’s philosophy is simple: adversity isn’t the end of the story—it’s the training ground for your rise. She’s here to help you own your story, lead with purpose, and create the results you once thought were out of reach.

If you’re ready to stop wishing and start doing, you’re in the right place.
