About Dr. Ja’Bette Lozupone (she/her), Founder & Principal
Ja’Bette is an educator, writer, speaker, and creative who has helped countless people transform their personal and professional lives with her mentorship, coaching, programs, and talks. After transforming her life from a teen mother on government assistance to a successful college administrator and business owner, her accomplishments are a testament to the ability within us all to channel our innate power and unique gifts to realize our full potential.
She has shared her signature brand of real talk with everyone from youth to college students to educators to professionals. She has a knack for making sense out of chaos, making a way out of no way, and helping others do the same to achieve their personal and professional goals. Ja’Bette earned her doctorate in organizational leadership, master’s in business administration, and bachelor’s in communications from Hood College.
As challenging as the academic credentials were to earn, the real tough stuff was moving through bullying, self-doubt, internalized hatred, and pushing through the relentless adversity around–what felt like–every corner. She didn’t just want to survive. She wanted to thrive.
No matter how difficult the journey became, She never gave up. Along the way Ja’Bette learned that if she held steadfast to her dreams, believed in her power, and kept putting one foot in front of the other, she could manifest the vision she had for her life. She believes that if it can happen for her, it can happen for all of us.
