By accessing or using the Sites, including accessing any free or paid digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Sites.
1. Who We Are
Wishful Doing LLC is a leadership consulting and coaching company that provides advisory services, workshops, trainings, digital products, and communities for leaders and organizations.

-
The Wishful Doing Hub at https://thewishfuldoinghub.wishfuldoings.com (the “Hub”) delivers our digital products, membership experiences, courses, tools, and other content—whether free or paid.
Unless we clearly say otherwise, these Terms apply to both the Website and the Hub.
2. Eligibility

3. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Sites with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Sites after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
4. Privacy
Your use of the Sites is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information across wishfuldoings.com and the Hub. By using the Sites, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described there.

Community content we create (e.g., prompts, guides, structured reflections)
-
Photos, graphics, logos, and branding
-

All such content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.1 Limited License for Personal Use (Website + Hub)
Subject to these Terms and any product-specific terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use:
-
Public content on wishfuldoings.com; and
-
Content you are granted access to within the Hub (including free resources and purchased products)
for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may, for example:
-
View and read content on the Sites for your own learning and reflection.
-
Use downloads, tools, prompts, and frameworks for your own personal development or within your own role or organization in a way that does not create a competing product.
You may not, without prior written permission from us:
-
Share your Hub login or allow others to access your purchased or free Hub content using your credentials.
-
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Site or Hub content beyond what is clearly permitted (for example, forwarding internal frameworks, worksheets, or videos to non-members or non-purchasers).
-
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our materials for commercial use.
-
Use any Site or Hub content to create competing products, services, courses, memberships, or programs.
-
Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices.
6. Prohibited Use of Our Content and AI
To protect the integrity of our work on both the Website and the Hub, you agree that you will not:
6.1 Scraping and Bulk Downloading
-
Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar automated tools to access, copy, or collect content from the Sites or the Hub.
-
Download or attempt to download Hub courses, libraries, or other content in bulk.
6.2 AI and Model Training

-
Training or refining any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar system.
-
Creating or improving generative models or tools that can mimic, reproduce, or otherwise generate similar content.
-
Feeding that content into AI or similar tools to “rewrite,” “remix,” or “revoice” our work in your or another person’s voice so that it can be sold, taught, or used as if independently created.
This prohibition applies to all Wishful Doing content, whether:
-
Accessed on the public Website
-
Accessed within the Hub (free or paid)
-
Delivered as a bonus, limited-time access, or promotional resource
6.3 Derivative or Competing Offerings
You may not:
-
Repackage, adapt, or build upon our content (manually or with AI assistance) to create your own courses, frameworks, memberships, masterminds, workshops, books, digital products, or consulting offers in a way that substantially draws from our original work.
-
Present our frameworks, structures, exercises, or language—or substantially derived versions—as your own intellectual property.
The intention is clear: you are welcome to use the work to deepen your own leadership and practice; you are not permitted to turn our work into your product.
7. No Liability for Third-Party Misuse or Stolen Content
We take reasonable steps to protect the content and intellectual property we make available through the Sites and the Hub, including free and paid digital products. However, we cannot control what third parties do.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
-
Wishful Doing LLC will not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to a third party’s unauthorized access to, copying of, scraping of, or misuse of our content or intellectual property (whether from the Website, the Hub, or any other channel).
-
This includes, without limitation:
-
Repurposing or selling stolen or scraped content
-
Using our materials (or materials substantially derived from them) to create competing products, services, or programs
-
Feeding our content into AI or similar tools to generate derivative works, “lookalike” products, or “in my voice” content
-
Any person or entity who misuses, misappropriates, or infringes our intellectual property—including through AI-assisted copying, “rewriting,” remixing, or commercialization—will be solely responsible for any resulting claims, damages, or legal consequences.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wishful Doing LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
-
Your misuse of our content (including any AI-assisted misuse), or
-
Your violation of our intellectual property rights or these Terms.

To access certain areas of the Hub, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
-
Provide accurate and complete information.

Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not share your login with others or allow unauthorized users to access Hub content via your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for content misuse or sharing.

From time to time, we may offer digital products, memberships, courses, or other services via the Hub or Website.
-
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers; you agree to their terms when you submit payment.

-
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content from the Hub, provided we act consistently with any explicit promises made at the time of purchase.
Refund and cancellation policies, if applicable, will be presented at checkout or in specific product terms.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Sites or the Hub to:
-
Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive behavior.

Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Sites or the Hub.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Sites, the Hub, or related systems.
-
Upload or transmit any malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
-
Use the Sites or the Hub for unauthorized marketing, solicitation, or spam.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate your access if, in our reasonable judgment, you violate these Terms or misuse the Sites or the Hub.
11. User-Generated Content (Comments, Communities, Submissions)
If the Sites or Hub allow you to post comments, participate in community spaces, or submit content:
-
You are responsible for any content you submit.
-
You represent that your content does not infringe or violate any rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
-
By submitting content, you grant Wishful Doing LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Sites, the Hub, and our business (for example, featuring a testimonial).
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit user-generated content at our discretion.
12. Third-Party Links and Resources
The Sites and Hub may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for:
-
The content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services, or
-
Any damage or loss arising from your use of third-party sites.
You are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
13. Disclaimers
The Sites, the Hub, and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
-
Warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
-
Any warranty that the Sites or Hub will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The content on the Sites and in the Hub is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you choose to use this information.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
-
Wishful Doing LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Sites, the Hub, or their content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
-
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Sites, the Hub, or these Terms will not exceed the amount (if any) you have paid to us in connection with the Sites or Hub during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Indemnification
In addition to the specific IP-related indemnity above, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wishful Doing LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
-
Your use or misuse of the Sites or the Hub.

Your violation of these Terms.

-
Actual or suspected violation of these Terms.
-
Misuse, sharing, or piracy of our content.
-
Behavior that puts our business, reputation, or community at risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Sites and access Hub content will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Sites, or the Hub will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to waive participation in any class, collective, or representative action related to these Terms or your use of the Sites or the Hub.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
