Welcome to the Wishful Doing App (the “App”), powered by Kajabi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and all related services, content, products, and experiences provided by Wishful Doing LLC (“Wishful Doing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing, purchasing from, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
1. Scope of Services
Through the App, you may access:

2. Eligibility

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

All content within the App—including but not limited to frameworks, methodologies, tools, templates, downloads, course materials, text, graphics, videos, audio, branding, and design—is the exclusive property of Wishful Doing LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
When you purchase or access content, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not, under any circumstances:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share our content

Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works

Repackage, rebrand, or present our content as your own

Use our frameworks, tools, or materials to create competing products or services

Share purchased materials with others who have not licensed them

Upload, input, or otherwise use our content in connection with any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative system for the purpose of training, refining, generating, or recreating similar content

Use AI or any other method to “rewrite,” “remix,” “summarize,” or otherwise replicate our materials in a way that substitutes for the original or competes with our offerings
This includes attempting to recreate our work “in your own voice,” teaching derived versions, or embedding our intellectual property into your own products, services, or content.
Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and claims for damages.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful behavior

Infringe upon the rights of others

Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App

Use the App for unauthorized commercial activity or solicitation
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
6. User-Generated Content
If you post or share content within the App (e.g., in community spaces), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you share.
7. Purchases and Payment
The App may offer digital products, memberships, subscriptions, and services.

You agree to their terms when completing transactions

All sales are final unless otherwise stated or required by law
8. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
You may cancel at any time, with changes taking effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
9. Community Guidelines
You agree to engage respectfully. Prohibited behavior includes:

Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination

Sharing harmful, obscene, or illegal content

Disrupting the experience of others
Violations may result in removal or termination.
10. Disclaimers
The App and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or applicability to your specific situation.
All content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wishful Doing LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising out of:

13. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

You are responsible for complying with local laws when accessing the App outside the United States.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Maryland. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination:

You must cease all use of materials and destroy any copies in your possession
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
