Welcome to the Wishful Doing App (the “App”), powered by Kajabi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and related services provided by Wishful Doing LLC (“Wishful Doing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Scope of Services
Through the App, users (“you,” “your”) may access:

5. User Conduct
By using the App, you agree not to:

Engage in unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable conduct.

Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the App or its functionality.

We reserve the right to remove user content and suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Purchases and Payment

All payments are processed through third-party providers. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms of those providers.

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
8. Community Guidelines

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Wishful Doing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wishful Doing LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of others’ rights.
12. Privacy
